This Privacy Policy describes how the Ukrainian Institute of Ministry and Psychotherapy (hereinafter — "UIMP", "we") collects, uses, and protects the personal data of users of the uimp.com.ua platform.

• Payment information — processed exclusively by WayForPay; we do not store card data
• Site usage data — through cookies (technical and analytical)
• Messages — if you write to us through the contact form

3. Why We Collect Data

• To provide access to learning materials
• To track learning progress and issue certificates
• To process course payments
• To contact you regarding your account or orders
• To improve the platform

4. Cookies

We use the following types of cookies:

• Strictly Necessary — required for the operation of the site, authorization, and security. Cannot be disabled.
• Performance — help us understand how users interact with the site.
• Functional — remember your settings.
• Advertising — currently not used.

• WayForPay — for processing payments (PCI DSS certified)
• Google, Facebook — if you chose to sign in through these services
• Cloudinary — for storing media files
• Vercel, Neon — hosting and database (servers in the EU)
• FormSubmit — for processing the contact form

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU or Ukraine, you have the right to:

• Receive a copy of your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all related data
• Withdraw consent for data processing
• File a complaint with the supervisory authority

7. Data Storage

We store your data while your account is active. After deletion of the account, the data is removed within 30 days.

8. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, password hashing (bcrypt), and secure servers in the EU to protect your data.
