1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the UIMP platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree — please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

UIMP is an online platform for learning psychology, psychotherapy, and ministry. We provide access to educational courses, materials, and certificates.

3. User Account

  • Use of the platform is permitted for persons aged 16 and above. Younger persons may use the service only with the consent of a parent or guardian
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and password
  • You must provide accurate information when registering
  • One account — one person. Sharing the account with third parties is prohibited
  • We reserve the right to block an account in case of a breach of the Terms

4. Payment and Refunds

  • Payments for courses are made through the secure WayForPay service
  • After payment you receive access to the course according to the conditions of the specific course
  • We guarantee a refund within 7 days after payment upon a written request
  • No refund is issued if the course is more than 50% completed

5. Intellectual Property

All platform materials (videos, texts, images, tests) are the property of UIMP or are used with permission. The following is prohibited:

  • Copying, downloading, or distributing course materials
  • Selling access to courses to third parties
  • Using materials for commercial purposes without permission

6. Prohibited Actions

  • Publishing illegal, offensive, or harmful content
  • Attempting to hack or disrupt the operation of the platform
  • Collecting other users' data
  • Impersonating another person

7. Disclaimer

The platform's materials are educational in nature and do not replace professional medical or psychological help. UIMP is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of course materials.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms. We will notify about significant changes by email or through a notice on the website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Ukraine. Users from EU countries also have rights under EU consumer protection law.
